Norlend May Be Put Up for Auction

According to the Associated Press, if Michael does not pay off his $24 million debt within the set time, his beautiful property Norlend—located in the Los Feliz area of California—will be sold in a public auction next month.

This is the court ruling made on Tuesday in connection with the same issue. The auction date has been set for March 19, and Michael’s deadline to save Norlend will end on that day.

If Norlend is put up for auction, it will likely sell for more than $24 million, because interest and other costs will be added to the original price.

In addition to the property itself, all amusement items—carousel, locomotives, statues, and everything else—will also be auctioned off.
