Personal documents of the assistant were reviewed

The lawyers of both sides involved in Michael Jackson’s case spent hours reviewing documents that had been seized by the prosecutor’s staff from the home of Oi Tawaski on September 15. These documents had not been disclosed in court before. Judge Melville appointed a neutral lawyer to review the information obtained from three computers seized from Tawaski’s home, as well as one of the computers from the office of the investigator who worked for Mark Gergos.
