Michael Jackson is not the only one who accused Tom Sneddon of mishandling affairs

In 2001, Efron Cras and his lawyer filed a $11 million lawsuit against Tom Sneddon. Cras claimed that Sneddon and his assistants pursued him legally out of spite. Having spent four years in a state prison, Cras was released after a judge determined that he had been wrongly accused of murder from the start. Michael Jackson’s lawyers and Cras’s lawyers both described Sneddon as a vengeful person and said that he had brought false charges against their clients. It was alleged that in both of these cases, Sneddon went beyond his legal rights and, instead of being a prosecutor, acted as an interrogator. This kind of conduct is considered unusual for a state prosecutor. The trials for Michael Jackson and Cras will both be held in January. Source: News Press / MJFC
