The Evidence Could Clear Michael of His Accusations

Many documents obtained on November 12 this year could logically reveal the unclear points of the case and/or completely clear Michael of the accusations he is facing. These documents include correspondence between Mark Geragos, Michael’s former attorney, and William Decker-man, the attorney for the mother of the accuser. These letters contain the accuser’s mother’s repeated requests to have the ownership rights of the house returned to her, as well as her concerns about paying her expenses—and about who is helping her to pay them. The dates of these letters are shortly after the time when she accused Michael of imprisoning herself and her children in Neverland. These allegations are similar to accusations the accuser’s former mother had previously made against her former husband. She claimed that her husband had sexually assaulted their daughter and, by kidnapping her, had put her life in danger. Their daughter denied these claims some time later. Rachel Halpern, the father’s attorney, believes that the children’s mother is feeding them information in such a way that they know exactly what to say when questioned. Michael Jackson is the third person to whom the accuser’s mother has made allegations of sexual abuse. Besides Michael Jackson and her former husband, she had also brought these allegations against the security guard of a store. She claimed that while fleeing from store guards who were chasing her and her son for shoplifting, she was assaulted by one of them. Her son was arrested along with a large number of clothes whose payment had not been made. The accuser’s mother did not raise the claim of being assaulted by store guards until two years after the incident.
