California prosecutors’ request to the judge

California’s state prosecutor has asked the judge in Michael Jackson’s case not to allow Tom Sneddon and his office staff to continue their investigation into Michael Jackson’s case. A few days ago, Michael Jackson’s lawyers had suggested to the judge that Tom Sneddon be removed from his position.
