California prosecutors ask the judge

California’s state prosecutor has asked the judge in Michael Jackson’s case not to allow Tom Sneddon and his office staff to continue their investigation into Michael Jackson’s case. A while back, Michael Jackson’s lawyers had suggested to the judge that Tom Sneddon be removed from his position. They argued that Sneddon hates Michael and is not capable of making the correct decisions in this case. Source: Associated Press
