Virus “Hides Trojan” inside a Michael Jackson video

Internet hackers have designed a viral program disguised as a Michael Jackson video.

On various websites, the hackers encourage visitors to download a Michael Jackson video. This video, which is actually a type of virus, after being downloaded gives the hackers access to the personal computer information of users whose computers have been infected by the virus.

Before Michael Jackson, other celebrities had also been exploited by hackers.

A spokesperson for Anti-Virus Sophos said: “The controversy surrounding Michael Jackson has been going on for a few years now. And mentally ill hackers are taking advantage of people’s eagerness to follow his trial.”
