Jackson Family Children Appear on CBS

According to CBS news, Michael Jackson’s nephews will appear on CBS to defend their uncle against the allegations made against him, including sexual abuse of a boy, and to show their feelings and sympathy for their pressured family. Jermaine (4), Jafar (8), Randy and Dante (12-year-old twins), and Genevieve (14) will take part in the program “The Early Show” on Thursday and Friday. These children, who are the sons of Jermaine and Randy—Michael’s brothers—say that because of their uncle’s recent legal problem, they are being harassed at school by other children. Genevieve told CBS: "They know inside that my uncle is completely innocent, so they only hurt us because of hostility and jealousy toward us, because they are not satisfied and happy with themselves. We kids are being badly harassed and hurt because Michael is our uncle." Dante strongly criticized and complained about the fact that some media and newspapers call his uncle Wacko. Jermaine Jackson says he hopes the children can help the family’s image. He said: "We are like other families. We are the Jackson family!"
