Michael’s fourth appearance in court
Michael was present today at the fourth session of the court hearing. This time too, the Jackson family wore matching white outfits.

In this session, which was set up to decide on evidence stolen from the office of Bradley Miller—an investigator for the defense attorney at the time, Mark Geragos— the mother of the complainant took the witness stand and testified that she couldn’t remember whether she had been aware of any cooperation between Miller and Mark Geragos, but she believed that Miller worked for Michael.
The defense lawyers tried to prove that the complainant’s mother and the prosecutor were aware of this. Thomas Mesero was talking about documents that showed that Bradley Miller had personally informed the complainant’s mother about the fact that he worked for Mark Geragos.
When Thomas Mesero repeatedly asked the complainant’s mother whether these documents were incorrect, she said: “I’m not saying that he didn’t say something like that. I’m only saying that I can’t remember.”
During the court session, when the complainant’s mother claimed that she didn’t understand the meaning of some of the questions being asked of her, Thomas Mesero became extremely angry.
Throughout the court session, Michael kept his eyes fixed on the complainant’s mother. But the complainant’s mother didn’t give him so much as a glance.
