Release of a new Jackson Brothers compilation
Last week, the album Jackson Story, a new collection of the Jacksons’ best songs—including Michael and his brothers’ most successful tracks before and after they joined Motown—entered U.S. stores. This is the first time these songs have been gathered together on a single CD. The CD was produced by the music companies “Sony” and “Universal.”
The compilation begins with the group’s first No. 1 hit, titled I Want You Back, and ends with Billie Jean, Michael’s innovative song.
Universal has decided to use television advertising or print ads to sell this CD.
Similar to this CD, a few weeks earlier it had entered stores in more European countries.
The CD has reached number twenty on the UK’s top 100 best-selling albums chart.
Fans outside the United States can order this CD from amazon.com.
