Jury Votes to Form a Court

The jury, which decides whether or not to form a court to hear charges of sexual abuse against Michael Jackson, has today voted in favor of forming the court. In a statement, Mark Geragos, Robert S. Sanger, Benjamin Brafman, and Steve Cochran—Michael Jackson’s attorneys—while insisting on Michael’s innocence, said: "Michael is hoping for a trial and thanks the millions of fans around the world who continue to support him in these difficult circumstances."
