In a recent statement released by Michael’s spokesperson, it was announced that there has been a delay in his trip to London. Michael, who was supposed to travel to England on Sunday, is still at his home in California. Stuart Backerman, his spokesperson, says, “He hasn’t gone yet. He intends to go; he has plans for this trip, but he may or may not go. He might wait until after Christmas so he can spend Christmas with his family in the United States, and then travel, or in the end decide that this trip would be tiring for him right now.” But Backerman strongly denied reports that had said the reason for the cancellation or hesitation about this trip was a protest by a member of the British Parliament and English newspaper reports.
