Michael Returns to Indiana

Michael's lawyer, Brian Oxman, said in the second issue of the magazine The Indianapolis Star that Michael wants to return to Indiana to answer questions about a recent legal dispute. The day before, Philip P. Simon, a federal court judge, had requested that Michael return to the city within three weeks. He also asked Michael's attorneys to provide evidence supporting his claim of illness. Norman Reed, who will likely be conducting the questioning of Michael, said that this Q&A session would take about eight hours. Mr. Oxman said that Michael is doing well health-wise and is only upset to this extent by the ongoing legal dispute. So far, he has been involved in more than one hundred civil lawsuits, although, according to Mr. Oxman, at the end of these complaints nothing goes to either side—and this is the only way they can get close to Michael.
