A petition filed against Michael
California’s controversial lawyer, Gloria Allred, has recently contacted American officials in order to persuade them to watch a version of the program "Life with Michael Jackson" so they can decide whether he is fit to have custody of her children or not. State attorney Tom Sneddon, who was the criminal investigation officer following complaints raised against Michael in 1372 (which is probably D.S. by Michael from the HIStory album addressed to him), told the Santa Barbara News Press that this interview reveals nothing. In an article published in this newspaper, he said: "I don’t know of any crime called sleeping with a child on a bed... You can’t do anything without a complainant, and we have no complainants." When asked whether he would watch the Tonight special, he said: "Of course not. I have a lot going on. Why should I watch it?"
