Michael’s Lawsuit Against Mark Schaffel
Michael Jackson, his former partner, has accused Mark Schaffel of embezzlement.
In November 2004, Schaffel had sued Michael, accusing him of not paying him the $3 million debt.

Michael claims that Schaffel did not pay him the production costs for the charity song “What More Can I Give.” He also says that Schaffel continued to introduce himself as his business partner even after their work contract ended—and through this, he obtained benefits.
Michael also alleges that Schaffel has some of his statues and paintings worth more than $250,000.
Schaffel’s defense attorney called these allegations ridiculous.
