Scott Ross is a private investigator who, by investigating the plaintiff’s mother, was able to obtain a record that was nothing but “making a living through lying, deception, and theft.”

In his statements, Scott Ross said that the plaintiff’s father was fully aware of the accusations from the beginning and was confident that they were completely false. According to him, it was the plaintiff’s father who had introduced him to famous people such as Chris Tucker.

Ross says that Chris Tucker was the first witness who told him: “It really doesn’t matter that Michael Jackson has been accused. What matters is that someone has been accused falsely.”

He revealed that they were completely unaware of Jay Leno’s connection to this case. Scott Ross says that they learned about his connection to the plaintiff’s family through an audio tape of a police investigator’s interview with Jay Leno, which had been secretly recorded.

He also stated that Macaulay Culkin, contrary to what the media had published, had never decided not to testify in court.

He says that gaining access to certain people involved in this case was not that simple. Among them, he mentions Jamie Masada, the owner of a comedy club. Ross said that in order to gain access to Masada, he appeared among the reporters and even asked him a few questions. Then he was summoned to court with an order.

Ross on Michael Jackson says: “He was always writing something down on pieces of paper in court. I don’t know whether he was writing a song, thinking about a piece of music, or simply wanted to take himself out of that atmosphere and go somewhere else.”

He continues: “Those people who think Michael Jackson is strange are completely mistaken. I’ve been involved in hundreds of cases. He is one of the three people who thanked me. In my opinion, he doesn’t seem strange. He seems like a good, honest person.”
