59th Session - Judge Agrees to Show a Film of the Accuser
In today’s court session, Judge Melville agreed to show a film of the police interview with the accuser in 2003, which had been requested by the prosecution team.
The defense attorneys said that if this film is shown, they will raise a request to have the accuser called back to the witness stand.
Defense attorney Robert Sanger said regarding the display of the film in court that this could make the process of the case that was nearing completion take longer.
Therefore, it is expected that 15-year-old Michael Jackson’s accuser will be called to court again.
But in another action, the judge prevented the jury from being shown photos taken of private parts of Michael Jackson’s body and his genital area.
This request was also made by the prosecution team.
These photos were taken by the police in 1993 after sexual abuse allegations were brought against Michael Jackson.
