Feldman, defense attorney for the complainant: The complainant’s mother is “abnormal” and her son is a “liar”

Feldman, the defense attorney for the current Jackson complainant’s family, had told Larry King in an interview that, in his view, the complainant’s mother is an “abnormal” person and her son is a “liar.”

Scott Ross, the investigator for Michael Jackson’s defense team, in an informal letter, stated that in an interview with Michael Viner, the publisher of Michael, on April 26 of this year, he had raised questions about Feldman’s meeting with Larry King—six months before Michael’s trial began.

According to this investigator, Viner had said in that interview that Feldman had referred to the complainant’s mother as an “abnormal” person and had also said that he did not believe the statements of her son.

The defense attorneys submitted this note to the judge along with a request to summon Viner to the witness stand.
