The 43rd Court Session

In today’s court session, after calling their 85th and final witness to the stand, the prosecution team announced that they were ending their work on this case.

Rudy Provencio was the only witness today, a former Jackson employee at Neverland. His testimony did not directly link Michael Jackson to the conspiracy and sexual abuse allegations he was facing.

He said that after the controversial television broadcast of the documentary “Living with Michael Jackson,” during two phone conferences between Schaffel, Wiesner, and Jackson, he secretly listened in on their conversations. He said they were talking about the plaintiff and his family.

He added that Schaffel and Wiesner told Jackson that this family could ruin his career and extort money from him.

In the documentary, Michael appears with the current plaintiff and says that he was allowed to sleep in his bedroom.

Provencio continued that during those phone calls, Michael agreed to make the second part of the documentary and suggested that the current plaintiff’s family also participate in the video.
