Who Is Responsible for Leaking the Accuser’s Statements to the Media?

An investigation is underway to identify the person who passed the accuser’s statements on to the media.

Some media outlets had blamed the police department for this incident, after which the department denied all claims.

Last week, the accuser’s statement text before the members of the jury leaked to ABC News. The network did not reveal how it managed to obtain more than 1,900 pages of testimony text belonging to the jury.
