Judge Melville allows Michael to speak about the accuser’s testimony
Judge Melville has allowed Michael to speak by preparing a television statement about the testimony of his teenage accuser before the jury, which had leaked to ABC News last week.
A Fox News spokesperson confirmed that an interview with Geraldo Rivera was recorded, and in this interview Michael Jackson reads a statement regarding the accuser’s testimony leaking to ABC News, which has been approved by Judge Melville. The spokesperson admitted that it is still unclear how and when this interview will be shown on television. A source said the interview will focus on Jackson’s personal life and family relationships and has nothing to do with his case of allegations.
This is the first time Judge Melville has allowed Jackson to speak on television about his accusations.
