Thomas Mesero’s Statement Addressed to Michael Jackson

We strongly object to the disclosure of testimony-related information in the presence of members of the jury.

The sealing order for these documents was issued by Judge Melville in court. Witnesses who testified before the jury members were never made available to the defense attorneys for thorough cross-examination. Under the law, no judge or defense attorney is allowed to be present in the jury room. In addition, the defense team had no opportunity to inform their witnesses to reject or criticize this one-sided action.

This case is being examined in court, not through information that leaks to the media. When he appears in court, Michael Jackson will be acquitted and his innocence will be proven.
