Akon praises Michael Jackson

Akon, a Black singer, has recently spoken in praise of Michael Jackson in an interview with MTV.

Although he avoided mentioning details of his collaboration with him due to fear of being blamed or facing the harshness of the King of Pop, he did say a few words describing this superstar:

“He’s amazing. He’s a genius. Just being in a room with him made me feel like I had gotten everything I wanted in life. The aura that surrounds him is unbelievable. We want to shake the world. I can’t even describe how I feel. I kept thinking to myself how someone could sell so many pieces of music and dominate an entire music industry, to the point where nobody could enter this profession without being influenced by him. Some artists think regionally, some think nationally, and I was thinking internationally. He thinks in a different space. His thoughts are on another level.”
