Raymone Bain Responds to Friedman’s Strange Claims
Roger Friedman, a Fox News reporter, went after Michael again in his own news column and claimed that he had made a friendship proposal to Marion Barry, the former mayor of Washington, who has a history of drug addiction and crack. Friedman also said that Michael is looking for a place to live like a homeless person, going from place to place.
Raymone Bain, Michael’s spokesperson, in response to Friedman’s claims, said that Michael and the former mayor of Washington have never met, and that Michael will never become homeless as long as he has his 1,100-acre personal property in Los Olivos. Friedman also criticized the way Michael’s children go sightseeing, saying that this causes them to fall behind in their education. Raymone Bain replied that Michael’s children, like all children, are currently on summer vacation.
In her email to Roger Friedman, Raymone Bain wrote:
"Everything you said is a lie. You continue to write nonsense. I don’t know why you don’t try to ensure the reliability of your sources. And I don’t know why you have animosity toward Michael. But let me tell you for your information that Michael Jackson has neither seen nor knows the former mayor of Washington. Michael and Mr. Barry are friends, but I haven’t met him in the past two years. Michael has not become homeless. Where he stays is his own business. As long as Mr. Jackson owns a 3,000-acre property, he will never become homeless, and as far as I know, this property has not been sold to date. I will leave the rest of your claims about Mr. Jackson to his attorneys to respond to."
Raymone Bain previously worked for the former mayor of Washington.
