Michael Was Fined

Michael’s attorney reported on Tuesday that the court fined Michael for delaying payment of his fees totaling $216,000 plus interest, and that Michael also agreed to pay his debt to the Torrance law firm. The firm had filed its lawsuit against Michael on February 21, 2006. The services the firm provided for Michael included delaying hearings for legal petitions and keeping information confidential and protected during the court sessions of Michael’s 2005 trial.
