Michael Will Not Appear in Court

It had been reported that Michael Jackson would appear in a court to testify in a case involving his lawsuit against Universal Express and the Guernsey auction house. Michael is seeking to reclaim some of his family memorabilia that is scheduled to be auctioned on May 30.
