Most Recent Allegations Against Michael Dismissed

A Los Angeles judge put many people’s minds at ease by rejecting most of the allegations that earlier this year a 21-year-old man had brought against Michael. By tradition, allegations of sexual abuse were raised—and this time, along with them, fraud and other charges against Michael were also brought. Thanks to this judge, many of them were stripped of credibility. However, the issue hasn’t really ended: the accuser continues to insist on allegations of assault and battery, misconduct, imprisonment, and ultimately sexual violence. Plagiarism of the accuser’s works and handwritten materials is another allegation against Michael. For now, the court judge has rejected the charges of sexual abuse, plagiarism, fraud, breach of contract, negligence, conspiracy, and damages in a business deal. Daniel Kapon claimed that Michael repeatedly sexually abused and exploited him between the ages of 2 and 14. In his lawsuit, filed in January this year and referred to Los Angeles in March, he said the allegations began in 1987 and that Michael forced him to use drugs, drink alcohol, and undergo cosmetic surgeries. He even claimed that Michael burned him, tortured him, and didn’t spare him from punches and kicks! Another claim by this accuser is that he was imprisoned in Neverland between 1987 and 1991. This same person was also the songwriter behind the albums Dangerous, HIStory, and Bad. Interestingly, within a short time, two accusers were found for Michael’s songs.
