Michael Jackson’s former accuser’s mother admits her charges
Michael Jackson’s former accuser’s mother, who last year in Santa Maria court accused the King of Pop of sexually abusing her son, yesterday admitted her fraud charges without any objection and agreed to return an amount in addition to what she had fraudulently taken back to the social security institution.
Judge Barbara Johnson also ordered the woman to perform 150 hours of free community service.
The 38-year-old woman was accused of defrauding $8,600 from a social security institution and, by providing false information and claiming a monthly income, presenting herself as eligible to receive the institution’s monthly benefits.
