Mark Shaffel’s Lawsuit Against Michael

Mark Shaffel, Michael’s former business partner, has filed a $3.8 million lawsuit against Michael in court.

Shaffel claims that Michael failed to pay his wages for his work on a charity song and for producing two special programs for MTV, as well as for paying his debts and his own expenses.

Raymone Bain, Michael’s spokesperson, said that the King of Pop has no plan to attend the court hearing.
