Judge Dismisses Lawsuit Against Michael

A state judge discredited a lawsuit filed by a man who claimed that Michael sexually assaulted him in 1984. Joseph Thomas Bartocchi alleged that in 1984, when he was 18 years old, he was forcibly dragged into Michael’s limousine and held captive by Michael and his team for 9 days. He also claimed that on the trip to and from California, Michael abused him in his car—sexually and physically.
