Brian Barron, a police officer who worked as a security officer at Neverland from 1997 to 2004, said that in early 2003 he received a note stating that the young boy was not allowed to leave Neverland.

During Thomas Mesereau’s questioning, the witness said that the policy at Neverland was that children could not leave there without being accompanied by an adult.

Barron testified that he had never witnessed any wrongdoing at Neverland. He also said that the Jackson complainant once broke a hand cart at Neverland.
