In today’s court session, several fingerprint experts were called to the witness stand. During Robert Sanger’s repeated questioning—one of Michael Jackson’s defense attorneys—it became clear that the magazines seized from Michael’s home had not been fingerprinted until they were shown to the jury in April 2004.

The defense believes that the fingerprint found on only one of these magazines is related to that same time period. They claim that the complainant touched that magazine on that day, in front of the jury.

In the previous day’s hearing, it had been stated that the complainant’s DNA and that of his family members were not found on the items seized from Michael’s home.

In today’s session, Brian Oxman, the attorney for the Jackson family, was not present. He was transferred to the hospital yesterday after being diagnosed with pneumonia. According to the treating physician, his condition is stable.
